root fs copy-to, file attribute

要在 root fs 中加東西，結果 copy 過去後，file attr 變了。
這部份有點糟。
除了要把 file 寫在 /system/core/rootfs/Android.mk 裡，
還要修改 /system/core/include/private/android_filesystem_config.h
